When the group of properties went up for sale next to Hartwell School, I bet no one guessed a 6th gas station!! Well, 5th since the old BP turned Marathon is in Springfield Township. There is a public hearing next Thursday for a drive up window (the only variance they need, its zoned ok for a gas station). I am attaching the hearing notice in the comments.
